I had them produce four different awareness bracelets. They all turned out OK, but not perfect. I asked for a dark purple and even sent a PMS number, but they used the original light purple anyway. Not a big deal, but frustrating. The dark blue was one shade darker than requested. Again, not a big deal, but not quite right. The one that was half one color and half another, they had made before and had trouble getting the lettering to fall correctly on the two colors. They said they would correct it this time, but they were no better. On the other hand, they were easy to communicate with and got me all of the bracelets quickly and at a great price. So four stars. Satisfied, but not thrilled.
